- Initial Consultation: Detailed history, labs, physical exam
- If testosterone is prescribed, all medication, and supplies will be included in your plan as well as in-office injections as needed
- If you are dealing with sexual health issues they can be addressed in the overall plan
- If appropriate and desired, testosterone pellets may be considered
*Health insurance is not accepted; most insurers will not cover men’s testosterone optimization. A superbill will be provided that you are welcome to submit to your insurance company. A $79 charge will be assessed for any cancellations not received at least 24 hours prior and for no-shows.
